Military Police National Motorcycle Relay Ride
Norma Edwards
Norma is a native Nova Scotian who was born in Sydney Mines, Cape Breton and now resides in Cole Harbour. She learned to ride motorcycles in the early 80’s when she received her first bike, a Kawasaki 440. Following that, Norma owned three other bikes, a 2000 Kawasaki 500, a 2004 Yamaha 650 V-Star Classic and her current ride, a 2009 Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe which she purchased from Privateer’s Harley Davidson, one of our Silver Level Sponsors.
Norma celebrated her 50th birthday this summer and she is excited to be doing this Cross Canada ride in celebration of that milestone.
She is married to Bob Edwards, one of the other national riders and she is employed with Local 269 of the Longshoreman’s Association in Halifax, NS.
